Incentives – As an independent, fee-only investment management firm in which our principals invest alongside our clients, we sit on the same side of the table as our investors. In fact we have set up our business such that we do not take commissions from the selling of any products. The only person we receive compensation from is the client and that compensation is linked directly to our performance as investment managers.
